Just ending msiexec.exe process did not stop the damage from occouring it just respawend and continued. Whether this is an intentional malicious act or an insainly badly written MSI script I cannot tell but it is a bad driver and should be removed from their server ASAP.

I watched it doing it after restoring to a known clean and good Vista system. Hosted on the vendors server is malicious about two thirds the way through it starts enumerating all the files and folders on the system drive and deletes them. The HP bluetooth drivers BTW.MSI in this driver
